Magarpatta City is a planned township with homes, offices and Seasons Mall inside one gated campus next to Hadapsar.
Our Magarpatta customers are mostly IT professionals and their families. We run regular pickups in east Pune along Nagar Road and the Solapur Highway, including Magarpatta.
What shifting in Magarpatta is like
Most homes here are township apartments inside a gated, managed campus. Our team works around Magarpatta City township, Cybercity, Seasons Mall, Hadapsar side and Mundhwa Road all the time, so we usually know before we arrive where the truck can stand and how the society likes moves to be done.
Magarpatta has its own security and moving rules. We register the truck and team with township security and follow the allowed moving hours.
Short moves go to Hadapsar, Kharadi and Amanora, and many residents move on to other IT cities. A move like that is normally packed, moved and set up in one day. If you only have a fridge, a bed and a few cartons, ask for few item shifting. We send a smaller tempo and you pay for that, not for a whole truck.
How a local move usually goes
Say you are shifting a 2 BHK from near Magarpatta City township to Hadapsar. Our team of four reaches around 9 in the morning with cartons, bubble wrap and tape. The kitchen and the fragile things are packed first, then the bedrooms, then the living room, and every box gets the room name written on it. Beds and wardrobes are taken apart and the screws go into small labelled bags. By early afternoon the truck is loaded, heavy things at the bottom and fragile boxes on top. At the new place the same people unload, carry each box to its room, fit the furniture back together and take the empty cartons away. Most days like this are over by evening, and you sleep in your own bed in the new home that night.
Leaving Magarpatta for a job in another city
A lot of our work in Magarpatta starts with a new offer letter. Someone has two or three weeks to join in Bangalore or Hyderabad, the flat has to be handed back, and there is a car or a bike to think about as well. We usually pack the flat over a weekend, send the household goods by truck, and put the car or bike on the same schedule. Some people first send a few bags with our luggage service and move the rest once they have found a place in the new city.
From Magarpatta to another city
When people from Magarpatta move out of Pune, the cities we hear most often are Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai. We pick up from your door here and deliver to your new home, with extra packing for the long road and a message on WhatsApp when the truck leaves and when it reaches. The other way round works too: if you are moving into Magarpatta from another city, we can bring your goods here or just do the unloading and setting up.
What it costs
The price changes a lot from one move to another. Taking one room from Magarpatta to Hadapsar is a few hours of work. A fully furnished 3 BHK on a high floor going to another state is a different job altogether. What matters most is how much you have, which floor you are on and whether there is a lift, and how far it is going. Send us a short video of your home on WhatsApp and we will reply with a written price that includes packing, loading, transport and unloading. If you can, avoid month-end weekends, when every mover in Pune is busy.
