An office move has to be planned so work stops for as little time as possible. We move offices across Pune, from small startups in Baner and Viman Nagar to larger teams in Hinjewadi, Kharadi and the PCMC industrial areas.

How we do it
- Office survey. We walk through the office, count workstations, chairs, cabinets, servers and IT equipment, and note any heavy items such as safes or compactors.
- Move plan and labelling. Every desk gets a number that matches the new floor plan. Boxes, chairs and monitors are labelled with the same number, so each employee finds their things at the new desk.
- IT and file packing. Computers, monitors and printers are packed in anti-static bubble wrap and strong cartons. Files are boxed in order and sealed so nothing gets mixed up.
- Weekend or night move. Most office moves happen on Friday night or Saturday, so your team can work normally until the last day and start fresh on Monday.
- Setup at the new office. Workstations are fitted, chairs and cabinets placed by number, and IT equipment is placed at each desk ready for your team to connect.
Looking after your things
Office equipment is valuable and often fragile. Servers and network racks are moved separately from furniture, with extra padding. Monitors are packed screen to screen with foam between them. Cabinets are emptied and locked, and keys are handed over in a labelled envelope. Glass partitions and whiteboards are wrapped in corrugated sheets. Confidential files stay sealed from pickup to delivery.
What it costs
We give every customer a written price before we start. It mostly depends on a few things: number of workstations, it equipment, building rules and timing. The more desks, chairs and cabinets, the larger the team and the vehicle. Servers, network racks and large printers need extra packing and careful handling. Some business parks only allow moves at night or through a goods lift with fixed slots. Night and weekend moves are planned with extra hours for the team. Send us photos or a short video and you will usually have a price within 15 minutes during working hours.
