Dhanori is a growing residential area in north-east Pune, close to Vishrantwadi, Lohegaon and the airport.

Short moves go to Lohegaon, Vishrantwadi, Viman Nagar and Tingre Nagar. A move like that is normally packed, moved and set up in one day. If you only have a fridge, a bed and a few cartons, ask for few item shifting. We send a smaller tempo and you pay for that, not for a whole truck.
How a local move usually goes
Say you are shifting a 2 BHK from near Dhanori–Lohegaon Road to Lohegaon. Our team of four reaches around 9 in the morning with cartons, bubble wrap and tape. The kitchen and the fragile things are packed first, then the bedrooms, then the living room, and every box gets the room name written on it. Beds and wardrobes are taken apart and the screws go into small labelled bags. By early afternoon the truck is loaded, heavy things at the bottom and fragile boxes on top. At the new place the same people unload, carry each box to its room, fit the furniture back together and take the empty cartons away. Most days like this are over by evening, and you sleep in your own bed in the new home that night.
Redevelopment and family moves
In Dhanori we see a lot of redevelopment moves. The building is being rebuilt, so the family moves out to a rented flat for a few years and then moves back into the new one. We do both trips. What it costs
There is no single rate, because no two moves are the same. Taking one room from Dhanori to Lohegaon is a few hours of work. A fully furnished 3 BHK on a high floor going to another state is a different job altogether. What matters most is how much you have, which floor you are on and whether there is a lift, and how far it is going.
