How we do it
- Share the details. Tell us the car model, pickup address in Pune and delivery address in the new city.
- Joint inspection. At pickup we check the car with you and take photos from all sides, including existing scratches and dents.
- Loading on the carrier. The car is driven onto the carrier and secured with wheel locks and straps so it cannot move.
- Transit. The carrier travels on main highways. We share updates and the expected delivery date.
- Delivery check. At delivery we check the car together against the pickup photos before handing over the keys.
Looking after your things
Cars move on dedicated car carriers, not in a mixed truck with furniture. Before loading we note the odometer reading and fuel level. Loose items are removed from the car, and the antenna and side mirrors are folded. The car stays locked during transit, and the keys travel with the carrier crew.
What it costs
We give every customer a written price before we start. It mostly depends on a few things: distance, car size, open or closed and date flexibility. The main factor; a Pune to Mumbai transfer costs far less than Pune to Delhi. SUVs and large sedans take more space on the carrier than hatchbacks. A closed carrier gives more protection and costs more than an open one. If you can be flexible by a few days, we can match your car to a carrier already going that way.
