Moving abroad from Pune needs export-grade packing and the right documents. We handle selected international relocations, packing your goods for sea or air shipment and coordinating with shipping partners.
International moves are usually for families relocating abroad for work, students going for long courses, and people returning to their home country after years in Pune. They need careful planning because goods are in transit for weeks and go through customs.
What is included
- Export-grade packing for long transit
- Wooden crating for fragile and valuable items
- Inventory list for customs
- Coordination for sea or air shipment
- Guidance on documents needed
How we do it
- Survey. We list your goods and help you decide what is worth shipping and what to sell or leave.
- Export packing. Goods are packed in export-grade cartons, with wooden crates for fragile and valuable items.
- Inventory. A detailed inventory is prepared for customs and for your own checking.
- Shipping coordination. We coordinate with shipping partners for sea or air freight as agreed.
- Handover. Packed goods are handed to the shipping partner with all paperwork.
Looking after your things
Goods going abroad face long transit, humidity and multiple handling points. We use moisture-resistant wrapping, strong export cartons and wooden crates where needed, and pack so that customs can inspect boxes if required.
What it costs
We give every customer a written price before we start. It mostly depends on a few things: volume, sea or air, destination and crating. Sea freight is priced by volume; the less you ship, the less you pay. Air is faster but much more expensive. Each country has its own port charges and rules. Custom wooden crates add to the cost. Send us photos or a short video and you will usually have a price within 15 minutes during working hours.
A few tips
- Check the import rules of the destination country.
- Keep passports and visa copies ready.
- Ship only what you really need; it saves cost.
