Gorakhpur is a big city of eastern Uttar Pradesh, and many families in Pune move back here. From Pune we send everything from full homes to a few bags to Gorakhpur. We pick up from anywhere in Pune or PCMC, whether you live in Hinjewadi, Kharadi or Moshi.
Distance and delivery time
By road, Gorakhpur is about 1,700 km from Pune, and trucks usually go via Prayagraj. Household goods normally reach in 5 to 7 days. The exact time depends on the vehicle and the date, so we confirm the delivery window with your quote rather than guess.

Delivering in Gorakhpur
We deliver all over Gorakhpur, including Golghar, Shahpur, Rapti Nagar, Civil Lines and Medical College Road. If your new home is a little outside the city, just give us the full address and we include it in the price. Let us know the floor and whether there is a lift, so we bring enough people for the heavy things. At the new place the team unloads, puts furniture in the rooms you choose, fits the beds and wardrobes back together and takes the packing waste away.
Full truck or shared load?
If you are moving a full 2 or 3 BHK, a truck just for your goods is usually best. It is loaded at your home and goes straight to Gorakhpur. If it is a 1 BHK or a few rooms, a shared load costs less: your things travel with another family’s goods going the same way, and delivery takes a little longer. This is a very long road, so we use our heaviest packing, crate glass and valuable pieces when needed, and number every box so the count can be checked at delivery.
Only luggage, a car or a bike
Plenty of people moving to Gorakhpur do not need a truck at all. Students and people starting a new job often send five or ten bags and boxes with our luggage service, and pay by the piece. Cars go on a car carrier and are checked with photos at both ends. Bikes and scooters are wrapped in foam and travel upright. Sending a vehicle along with your household goods costs less than booking it on its own.
Planning the move
Book at least a week ahead. Keep clothes, medicines and important papers with you, and if you need some things quickly, send them separately as luggage. Keep a simple list of your boxes and tick them off at delivery.
What it costs
The price for Pune to Gorakhpur mostly comes down to how much you are sending, whether it goes in its own truck or a shared one, and the 1,700 km of fuel and tolls in between. Stairs without a lift at either end add a little, and so does a car or bike. Share your list or a short video and we will send a written price with everything included, so nothing changes on the day.
One small thing to remember after you settle in: if you are staying in Uttar Pradesh for long, you may need to move your vehicle registration there.
