Delhi moves from Pune are often government and defence transfers, corporate relocations to Gurugram, Noida and central Delhi, and families returning to north India. We also move students and young professionals who send luggage first and the rest of their home later. Our team regularly moves households, vehicles and luggage from Pune to Delhi. We pick up from anywhere in Pune or PCMC, whether you live in Wakad, Hadapsar or Kothrud.
Distance and delivery time
Pune to Delhi is about 1,450 km. Trucks usually go north through Nashik and Dhule and then through Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, or up the western highway through Gujarat. Either way it is a long journey across several states, and household goods usually take five to seven days. We share updates along the way so you know where your goods are. We confirm the exact delivery window with your quote.

Delivering in Delhi
We deliver across Delhi and NCR, including Dwarka, Rohini, Saket, Janakpuri, Laxmi Nagar and Vasant Kunj, as well as Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. Heavy vehicles have entry restrictions in Delhi during the day, so many deliveries happen in the early morning or late evening, and we may shift goods to a smaller vehicle for the last stretch. At the new place the team unloads, puts furniture in the rooms you choose, fits the beds and wardrobes back together and takes the packing waste away.
Full truck or shared load?
If you are moving a full 2 or 3 BHK, a truck just for your goods is usually best. It is loaded at your home and goes straight to Delhi. If it is a 1 BHK or a few rooms, a shared load costs less: your things travel with another family’s goods going the same way, and delivery takes a little longer. This is a very long road, so we use our heaviest packing, crate glass and valuable pieces when needed, and number every box so the count can be checked at delivery.
Only luggage, a car or a bike
Plenty of people moving to Delhi do not need a truck at all. Students and people starting a new job often send five or ten bags and boxes with our luggage service, and pay by the piece. Cars go on a car carrier and are checked with photos at both ends. Bikes and scooters are wrapped in foam and travel upright. Sending a vehicle along with your household goods costs less than booking it on its own.
Weather and timing
Delhi has very hot summers, with temperatures above 45°C in May and June, and winter fog in December and January that can slow traffic on the highways. We plan loading for cooler hours in summer and keep a little extra time in the delivery window during fog season.
What it costs
The price for Pune to Delhi mostly comes down to how much you are sending, whether it goes in its own truck or a shared one, and the 1,450 km of fuel and tolls in between. Stairs without a lift at either end add a little, and so does a car or bike. Share your list or a short video and we will send a written price with everything included, so nothing changes on the day.
One small thing to remember after you settle in: if you are staying in Delhi for long, you may need to move your vehicle registration there.
